Day 10 of the challenge. Another 4 mile run taking the total up to 42. That's supposed to be the answer to life the universe and everything.

I don't say that I've found the answer to life, the universe and everything, but it has given me time to think and take a bit more notice of my surroundings.

I'm also feeling less tired than yesterday!
